My 14 year old Viking oven wasn’t working last week and I called Lens Appliance repair to take a look. They were knowledgeable and reasonably priced and got the job done within a week. Thank you Jim for your skillful and timely work and for saving me from getting a new oven!
After completion of a kitchen renovation with Viking appliances (refrigerator, range and dishwasher) we had a small issue with the range making a “boom” noise once the the range was heated.
After contacting Viking, we were connected with Lens Appliance Repair.
They scheduled a repair technician named Jim who was professional and knowledgeable about the appliance. Although it took 3 visits to correct the issue, we were impressed with his determination to fix it. He even went above and beyond by giving us a brief overview of the refrigerator and dishwasher.

Jimmy from Len's appliance was able to find the trouble and order the parts that I needed for repair. He came back with parts in a couple of days and changed out the board. He checked all the functions of my Viking stove to make sure the stove was working properly and even checked the temperatures to see if it was correct. Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable.
