Call Saturday night, water was gushing out of my water tank. Loui jumped on a video call right away walked me through shutting the water and gas. Came Sunday morning did an assessment, ordered a brand new 75 gallon water tank, came Monday afternoon, in and out, like ninjas!! Respectful to property, zero noise as I would describe it, changed the shutoff valve complimentary without me even thinking its important. Then calls 2 days later to check up on things. Heroes who don't wear capes. The tank and labor is one thing. Loui is for sure for the people. Might not see him for the same issue for another 10 years. But will def have L&B on speed daily for future plumbing issues....read full review
