I was in the neighborhood and in dire need of a pedicure. After walking into 3 other locations in the area, all of which were unclean and ill mannered, I walked into Koolblue. There was only one other client in the salon. I got the spa A treatment. It came with callus remover, a 10 minute massage, and hot stones for $38.00. I asked her to please clean under my nails well and she listened with no problem. She removed a lot of dead skin and even set a timer for the massage. The only nail salon I go to in my neighborhood that is reliable with great services and pricing! Lisa is so sweet, and Quincy is great when it comes to executing my nails to exactly what I need when I show her photo references (I’m a hand model so I need my nails done for photoshoots)! She is quick and accurate and I always leave with a smile❤️

Requested style: Very simple light pink/nude gel manicure

Stylist: Quincy was fast, and understood what I wanted to get with a photo reference! Great lil hand massage included after the gel nails finished curing!

I literally used to love this place until I had a bad experience. I got my tip nails done Tuesday and on Friday they all fell off I went back to see if they could fix them but they refuse since when I had a repay again. I was so upset and so annoyed it hasn’t been a week and they fell off but I spoke to the manager Lisa she raised her voice at me telling me that I couldn’t get them fixed and I had to pay another $40 to get them fixed when it’s only been three days and they fell off. If you do decide to go there ask for Winnie to do your nails for tips.
