I had fraxel laser and TCA CROSS done for scars. The staff was very accomodating, compassionate, and showed care, which made me feel less anxious. Trust is very important during such vulnerable treatments that resurface anxiety and insecurity. It can also be difficult to trust anyone in any kind of cosmetic industry, but I appreciated that Dr Krohm was conservative with CROSS to prevent unideal outcomes. Since I only booked a single session, this is important, as my experience and results now will determine my ongoing booking to continue. I drive all the way from NJ to see Lana — she’s absolutely incredible and the only one I trust with my face. Believe me, I’ve tried finding someone local, but no one compares. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and magic touch make all the difference. Highly, highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience at Khrom MedSpa & Wellness! Elena was wonderful, and Susie, who assisted her, added such warmth and kindness to the visit. You can really tell how much care they put into making sure everything feels comfortable and natural. I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with treatments — just thoughtful, precise work. I received Dysport, Xeomin for my chin, Xeomin for my masseters and temporalis, and Restylane Contour. Everything was handled beautifully, and I’m already so happy with the results. Highly recommend this team!
