I have been coming here for years (over 5)and have been debating about giving a real review. The services are great but the attitudes and the way they treat and talk about people is horrible everytime I come all doe I leave happy with the service I always feel like I show should go somewhere they will treat you kindly talk to you nicely been spending money with them for years and nothing about the attitudes have change just nasty people

I went early in the morning so there was no wait. I love how personable and kind they were to everyone. My pedicure which was done very well and Tony did an awesome job with my nails. I showed him a picture and told him to do His own thing and he killed it. I would definitely go back thereServices: Acrylic nails

On May 14 ***** I went to kawaii nails in ********** ************* to get a manicure with my daughter but it was me who needed service so I told her to sit next to there service desk in wait for me 8minutes later she got up in stand next to me in she said mommy can I sit in the car I said no because it was really hot that day the temperature was in the 70s so she said will can I just stand next to you until your done I told it going to be awhile why don't you go sit back down she refused until I was done I went to the front pay the guy tip him in then leave as soon I got home my daughter said mom one of the ladies that work there called me dumb because she ask me if I was getting my nails done I said no im waiting for my mom. So immediately ready to go back to the store with my daughter so she can identify the woman who said it she started crying saying she doesn't want to go back there then I called the nail salon a guy pick up I said I want to let you know one of your female employees came to my 10yearold face in disrespect her by name calling her in I would appreciate it if you can resolve the situation by having her call me so I can talk to her in find out who made her that comfortable to come out of throat to say something like that to someone child he started acting like he got amnesia he doesn't remember me coming in or who my daughter is in then hangs up the phone on me.
