I’ve been coming to this salon for a while, and unfortunately after my most recent experience, I will not be returning.

I booked an appointment with Carol for 12:30 PM. She messaged me asking if we could move it to 1:00 PM, and I agreed. I arrived around 12:45 and by 1:00 she was nowhere to be found. She finally arrived around 1:20, but instead of starting my appointment, she took her time getting settled and getting food. She didn’t actually begin my nails until about 20 minutes later, and I was never given an explanation or even an apology for the delay.
