The guys at JL Carpet are the real deal! They politely and professionally let us know that one of our rugs was too moth-infested to save and offered to dispose of it for us for no extra charge. Their level of care, candor, and professionalism is hard to find these days. When our next rug needs a spa day, we'll be calling JL again!

I've been going to JL Carpet and Upholstery for years. My 20-year old area rug comes out looking brand new every time its cleaned. And my couch - subject to a pet cat and high traffic - looks fresh off the showroom floor. Jared and his staff are friendly and care deeply about doing a good job.
