Terrible experience! Anna (owner) completely ignored what I asked for and ruined my haircut. For a women’s salon, I expected way more care and attention.

First of all my mom always comes here to do her hair (highlights and coloring) and she leaves the salon looking amazing. I have really long hair and recently went here to get my hair cut into layers with a deep v and curtain bangs. Im in LOVE with my hair, even though she cut my hair, my hair looks longer and fuller. Some reviews are saying there is a language barrier and this is probably true but I'm a native spanish speaker so obviously I cant experience the miscommunication. Note: We see Ana and have no experience with the other stylists
