I got my laptop keyboard fixed here a few months ago due to a poor previous fix job by Apple. The staff was super eager to help and charged reasonable prices. My computer has worked so smoothly since then, and I would 100% come here again for any future issues!

The employees are great. Even though I had come in with one problem and left with another problem, I went back they fixed it. Hopefully this the last time I have to go back. But they aren’t so bad.

I got the screen of death while out and prayed it was just the screen as I didn’t want to lose my dad’s voicemails. Filed a claim with Allstate that morning and headed over to Park Slope. Juan was such life saver. I dropped off my phone, he told me it would take about an hour or so. I was able to walk around the neighborhood and when I picked up my phone it was as good as new. The entire process was so smooth and easy. Thank you!
