Since moving to Williamsburg, it's been a great experience getting my hands done here as a regular. Especially from Jenny & the lady that does my prep. They do such a great job & make my nails last. Take their time and very professional about it. If you do not have an appointment and it's busy, you will be asked to return. But it's always worth the wait! Now I am skeptical about their gel pedicures sometimes because one nail does end up breaking in my case. But overall great work, prices, and service packages.

Do not come here, they are constantly overbooked. I waited 35 minutes for my appointment only to be told I have to wait another 20 minutes and they refused to refund me.

I’ve been coming to this salon for the past four years. Their service has always been great. They are always friendly, attentive and kind. Last year, ownership changed and the new management made so many upgrades. The staff is still great and somehow better. It’s always clean, and I love their attention to detail. I highly recommend visiting.

Love it here. Go to nail salon for like 3 years now. I always get a gel x French manicure set and they never miss. Plus! They recently just started selling these pre made sets that are soooooo cutie pie.

It’s very unfortunate that I’m having to write this review, because I’ve been coming to this salon regularly and thought that this was going to become my go-to place for the foreseeable future but unfortunately the bad customer service and ridiculously stingy policies have just cost them a loyal customer. I came in planning to get a cateye gel manicure/pedicure for an upcoming trip and the morning of my pedicure, I accidentally cut my foot. I decided that I shouldn’t get a pedicure and expose the cut to water, so I changed my original plan and decided to get a polish change on my feet and still get the cateye gel manicure. They list foot polish change on their price list and quote $15 for the service. Every other time in my life that I’ve ever had a polish change, it consists of removing your current nail polish, cutting and filing your nails and painting a new polish. The nail tech removed the polish and started filing my first nail, but barely filed anything, didn’t reshape the nail at all, and immediately moved on to the next toe. I interjected and said, “can you actually please just cut them down?” And she proceeded to tell me that cutting my nails would be $5 ….. Why and how on earth is cutting my nails requiring a $5 upcharge??? It doesn’t require the waste/use of any additional products (soap, water, lotion, cleaning supplies, single use tools, towels etc.) it doesn’t take more time, (in fact it saves time), and it’s quite literally crucial to the service. You’re willing to spend 10 minutes filing each individual nail but not save yourself time and energy and just cut my nails down to a normal length?? This is a nail salon. Cutting nails is like the most basic, simple, easy, quick task someone could possibly ask for. It’s even more simple than filing, which you were willing to do as part of this service, but for some reason clipping nails is where you draw the line???? Don’t offer polish change as a service if then you’re just angry that people are not paying for a full pedicure. And literally make it make sense. I shared my reaction to this unfair policy and the nail tech brushed me off and just kept barely filing my nails and ignoring me until I finally stopped her and said “please just cut my nails.” She said nothing and tacked on the $5 charge at the end of my service. I asked about it again when I paid and the only explanation I was told was that cutting my nails cost $5 extra because “it takes more time.” Awful policy, awful customer service, and staff literally made up lies in my face. You’ve lost a potential life-time loyal customer over the dumbest, most unnecessary $5 upcharge. I hope that $5 was worth it!

I’ve been to this salon more than once and unfortunately experienced repeated issues with quality and professionalism. On multiple visits, the polish was not applied fully to the nail (leaving gaps near the cuticle), which affects longevity. When I asked for reasonable corrections — including fixing a visibly crooked extension or taking a moment to inspect the nails before curing (standard with gel) — the process felt rushed and the technician appeared annoyed.
On my most recent visit, I was also uncomfortable with technicians speaking and laughing among themselves while repeatedly looking in my direction, which stopped only when I made eye contact. Regardless of intent, this felt unprofessional in a service setting.
I expect careful application and respectful, calm service when paying for a professional nail service. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent issue here.

This is probably the best nail salon I’ve ever gone to! They do a great job and really take their time. They’re very thorough and it’s a very relaxing experience, just make sure you budget enough time! Everything I’ve gotten holds up really well because they are so thorough.
