I went in to get a manicure. The lady that was dojng my nail didnt say a word to me. She pinched my skin while clipping cuticles and had me bleeding. And still decided to charge me full price. Also the clear coat was not done properly

I had such a great and relaxing experience at this spa! From the second I walked in, everything was spotless and beautifully organized. I’ve had both of the lovely staff on a few occasions and my skin has been glowing! They were incredibly kind and professional, and I was so comfortable the whole time!

I received a collagen 90 facial today and it was such an amazing experience! The environment was so clean, comfortable, and welcoming! It was the most relaxing 80 minutes ever and my face has never felt so hydrated and clean and smelt so good! 10/10 recommend!

Got facial done there. Friendly owner and clean. Tries too hard to sell you upgrades and packages. That made me very uncomfortable. Facial was Ok and nothing great.

I booked for an algo mask facial today and it was amazing! I felt so welcome and comfortable in the spa - the environment was perfect, the staff was extremely helpful and patient, and the facial was so relaxing! I definitely recommend to those in NYC looking for a clean, beneficial facial!

Unprofessional, dismal service, would not bring my mother or friends here ever again. I showed up on time for appointment, they were closed. The woman arrived 20 min late, after I called to make sure they were open… they seemed desperate for business.
Gave me the WORST massage of my life — my back and neck were in pain for 1 month after service. While they had me laying down, they did not stop asking personal questions about my race, where I lived, and if I spoke Chinese or not. Made me feel so uncomfortable and invasive.
Afterward, did not do a proper extraction before using a DRUG STORE sheet mask — not even a well known brand, felt like it was from the dollar tree. Then after changing the price from the original amount and charging me more than was agreed, looked like a sad puppy asking for a TIP on top of the horrible service.
Letting me go (like I was a hostage) only because “you aren’t Chinese, so you wouldn’t know these things”.
Please do not come here if you’re looking for a local gem, would never go back even if my life depended on it. Would give it 0 stars if Google let me.
I wanted a nice relaxing session, I left uncomfortable and scammed of my money.

I booked for a hydro lifting facial today and it was such a great experience! I have been getting facials done for years now and this was my first time here- it was a 10/10 experience! Maggie really listened to my sensitive skin concerns and worked on my skin extremely carefully, ensuring I was relaxed the whole time! The spa is so relaxing and it feels so clean, it’s such a nice environment and so comfortable!

Maggie was so amazing and so sweet. My skin is acne prone and needed a deep cleaning. She was patient and so thorough. The facial was relaxing and very much needed. Thank you for a great experience. I will definitely be back.
