Nice, clean and spacious. Today was my 2nd time going there since I moved back into the neighborhood. I had a basic manicure and a pedicure with a foot scrub. Just before getting clear nail polish on my nails, I was asked to pay first. I paid but thought it was strange, everyone else there paid after their service was done. I felt offended!
Enjoyed the quality and service of regular pedi and gel cat eye mani but the manicure began peeling on one nail after exactly 5 days. I went over immediately after I noticed the peeling. They said it'd be $10 to redo the one nail but did let me glue it down for free. $10 for one nail after spending about $120 five days ago was a bit much for me personally. It's a convenient location but I'd hesitate to come here on a regular basis.
I’ve been going to Honey for years and have been to several different locations and I’ve consistently had good experiences. They’re generally very accommodating and honest, managing expectations when asked whether they can do add-on services (ombré, pedicure, etc.) in addition to what I’ve booked, because sometimes I forget when booking online! Generally, my experiences have been great and I’ve only gone maybe one time when it seemed like an “off day”, and it was close to closing and they were still accommodating of my request to add a pedi to my gel x mani appointment.
