Extremely laid back and do not respect your time.Not the clinic but the aesthetician for facials rescheduled me 3 times and finally when I got the hold on to go for the appointment, she didn’t had the time as they were closing. Why making an appointment when you know you won’t be able to accommodate?I am more than disappointed by the way they act stupid when you call them out.Please save your time and do not waste a minute at this place.

Culturally a Russian place, very abrasive and abrupt staff.Edited Note:Clearly from the reply below this place does not take constructive criticism well and lashes out, which is all I witnessed in the office towards myself and many others.

This doctor is quite frankly the most intelligent doctor you're ever going to find. Those who have been her patients for a while (like me) trust her and don't question her advice. She is one of very few doctors who don't just treat your illness. She does her very best to keep you from becoming ill in the first place. I understand that many of her patients don't understand this philosophy. It's not a very American approach to healthcare, but it should be. Don't wait to be sick to pay her a visit.
