Ok this spot is the best because the folx are professional, super friendly, and really listen and execute what you want. I recently had a long to short hair makeover done by Carlin and they went above and beyond with their advice and talent. I basically got the shag haircut of my dreams <3 Definitely recommend Hairrari <3 I’ll be back ✨

I highly highly recommend Ash. They always give me the exact cut I ask for, and it always looks amazing. They also have great insight/advice when I'm deciding between a few options. I've had several haircuts with Ash and I'm always super happy. It's always a great experience and a great cut. 5 stars for sure.

Lillian was amazing. I booked her on a whim while on a short trip to NYC. She gave me the best haircut of my life after I had gotten a very bad haircut months prior that robbed me of years of growth. She spent 2 hours with me - talking me through her process and teaching me how to style it. It has been 2 months and the cut still looks amazing. I don’t even miss my length now. I live in Alaska and am genuinely figuring out how to go to New York just to get my hair cut by her. If you live there - consider yourself lucky & book her!

Ashton absolutely killed it with my hair cut, I hadn’t gotten a cut in over a year and was honestly nervous to get a haircut since it had been so long and my hair had started to get thinner. Thanks to Ashton though, I look so much better and don’t feel the need to leave the house in a hat every day.

With just a few inspo pics and a shared vibe, Jonny was able to take a mere fledging idea of a haircut that I wanted to try and make it a reality. I walked out of Hairrari feeling more confident with my haircut than any other haircut I’ve ever gotten in the past. Jonny was so fun and a master of their craft! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Let me just say, I have spent the past 5 years in NYC bouncing from hair dresser to hair dresser and always leave feeling so ugly lol. Even when I show photos and everything! I grew hesitant of paying anything for haircuts when I could just give myself an ugly cut at home for free. But when my GF treated me to a haircut with Jonny, I was blown away. Experience was so wonderful, I felt so listened to, and my haircut was literally PERFECT!! I have never been able to say that!! Jonny even showed me what it would look like a month or two grown out before they finished the cut just to make sure I loved it. They even went step by step with details on how to style it exactly how I like without damaging my hair. I went back for a trim a couple months later and am more than happy to invest some money every few months if it means feeling so great. Highly recommend for any queer folk or trans mascs that have horrible hair dysphoria and never seem to get a cut that’s not giving Karen or busted man.
