I’ve gotten kinky twists from stylist Kathy twice now and both times I have never felt so happy and satisfied with my hair. What I appreciated the most about both experiences is how she took the time to make it perfect! My first style held up so well throughout my busy summer, a testament to her talent! While in the chair she made sure that I was comfortable and was always gentle when handling my hair. Would highly recommend her services!
Today was my first time visiting Hair By Susy. I wanted a wash and quick straight back braids. My hair was done by Hair Artist Renèe. I told her I only wanted a wash, with no blow-dry and she was open to my request and didn’t show any reluctance. I appreciate her willingness to try and to listen to me as the client. Renèe took it a step further and sewed the hanging ends of the cornrows up just like I asked her. On top of that she asked me if I wanted beads. It is a treat to be able to get my hair done at Hair By Susy. Theliah is a lovely human being who took the utmost care and patience of me and with my hair. While multi-managing tasks in the shop and braiding my hair, she completed the adventure in enough time for me to show off my new braids at an event/dinner party. As far as the braids go, they are perfect. The right size, the natural parts seamless, and the human hair flawless.
