The absolute worst! My hair is long, thick and curly. I asked them if they’re able to do a wash and set, they said yes but it’ll cost me $95 because of the length. It was my birthday and just wanted it done quickly so I agreed. The lady had absolutely no idea what to do with my hair. She wanted to blow it out and use a flat iron. She put me under the dryer but took so long to get the rollers in, my hair was dry and puffy. Then after taking me out from under the dryer after 30mins, she began blowing out the back for TWENTY MINUTES on ONE PIECE! My hair was completely fried and smelling burnt. They had to switch workers because she had an attitude with me the entire time. Now my hair won’t stop falling out in chunks. I don’t know what they did…. I don’t know what chemical was used. My hair smells like eggs and falling out in huge chunks.

It is no polite to talk about the customers hair amongst each other in Spanish if you both speak English. Remember the customer is always right. If the customers not hap you should try to keep the customer happ.

I have been going here for 6 months now. Melanie is my stylist and Mary is the washer. Since i have been coming here my hair has been growing and looking flawless each time. They use great products and is careful with your hair. The price is reasonable for the work they do. I am alway happy and hair popping each time i come to my hair.

Avoid this place, nobody speaks english and every time you go there it is a different price for the same service. The lady who washes the hair doesn't know how to properly detangle hair, she detangles from the scalp which rips out the hair.

FYI...... This salon was my go-to since 2006. I kept going even when ownership changed because the new owner had worked there before. After a salon visit for a wash and set, I couldn't find my Louis Vuitton wallet/key holder when I went for my car. I went back to the shop to look for it with the help of the salon owner but couldn't find it. I wasn't worried since I knew I had taken it and it was somewhere in the shop. After she helped me look, I told the owner I would take an Uber home and leave my car in front of the salon because closing time was 7. I told her she can just check the cameras for me in the morning , she agreed. The next morning I returned to search for my Louis Vuitton wallet/key holder but still couldn't find it. Since there were few customers when I was there, she told me she didn't need to check the cameras. I had no desire to argue or force her to act. The establishment had served me for 17 years. I left her business and called the police. After reviewing security footage, the cops found my wallet/key holder inside the shop.Two weeks later I returned to the shop for my regular hair care routine . The owner told another stylist to tell me she no longer wanted to do my hair and that I was no longer welcome in her shop. This is just FYI .

This place is clean, comfortable and accommodating. Mirerlllia the owner is friendly and disciplined. I went there the first time to get flat twist for my birthday. The lady that did my hair did a fantastic job. I received a lot of compliments. The wait was not long and I was treated with respect. The cost of my hairdo was reasonable in my opinion. I would recommend this place to anyone who desires quality service ❤️??.
