When Apple sent me to a Geek Squad I was pretty surprised and not too pleased. I generally do not like to go to Best Buy. But I made an appointment, and within 15 minutes a very polite fellow was hearing my IPhone issues, and after a 15 minute session with my phone in the back room presented me with it, once again in perfect working order. I could not be happier with my experience.
A Geek Squad tech - Guiseppi - I've been fortunate to have him work extensively on/with two home theatre systems in my house. He's helped put together, explain various functions - sound fields...how to manually program unique to each speaker, volume. Giuseppi has his own very subtle means of finding a familiar movie scene which really demonstrated how terrific this system sounded and felt. After he left...trouble with my cable box had me calling Giuseppi several times and him trouble shooting things over the phone, getting things running regardless and convincing me to get a new box which I did. Yo, I love tech when it works, but my frustration level rides to enormous heights when unable to manage it successfully. I am writing in high praise for the kind patient staff of this organization who helped do a simple task.
