The staff were polite and friendly, but unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service. I brought my iPhone in for a battery replacement and waited about two hours. In the end, the battery was not replaced because they were unable to remove the screws. I then took my phone to another repair shop, where they were able to replace the battery successfully. I appreciate that the staff were courteous, but spending two hours there and leaving without the repair was frustrating.

When Apple sent me to a Geek Squad I was pretty surprised and not too pleased. I generally do not like to go to Best Buy. But I made an appointment, and within 15 minutes a very polite fellow was hearing my IPhone issues, and after a 15 minute session with my phone in the back room presented me with it, once again in perfect working order. I could not be happier with my experience.
