Alex, if you sent Roxie a quote then simply forward the original quote that has the date, time stamp and the quote. If not, you and your company are frauds and I would like to let everyone in this neighborhood and beyond to avoid this company at all costs. Contractor came to our home and never gave us a quote. I called him and he said "sorry it was a busy weekend, I will send you one by the end of the day" and never got anything from him. I even made sure he had the right email address just to make sure that would not be a problem and we never got it. He spent an hour at our home and we never got a quote.... Dont waste your time with these guys.... Super unprofessional!

Alex and team were very accommodating throughout the experience. We are pleased with the output and the service.
I reached out to get quotes, got answer quickly from the office and got an in person visit shortly after with samples and walked through what was best for what we were looking for. By the time we decided to move forward, I just had my baby and he was understanding we needed to have it done quickly. So he coordinated a big part of his team to come so that the job could be done in a day.
