I cannot say enough good things about Flossy Pet Parlour. They do an exceptional job, and both of my dogs genuinely love going there to be groomed.
The first time my older dog went to Flossy, she had already had so many negative grooming experiences that she was trembling. Where I once had to drag her to other groomers, she now pulls toward Flossy with excitement. My younger dog is even more in love—she adores everyone there and starts jumping with glee as soon as we get close. I am so grateful that all of her grooming experiences have been with such a kind, patient team.

Best experience! For context, my dog is 11 years old, blind, diabetic and strongly dislikes the groomer. I just moved to Fort Greene and chose this place based on the reviews - the 5 star rating is SO well deserved! My dog got 1:1 care, his haircut was the best he's ever gotten, the groomer is incredibly nice and it's cold outside... so they gave him a jacket... how thoughtful is that! Will absolutely be returning and thankful Google reviews led me here.
