They listen! I went to Amy and she does her best. I ask them to wash my hair once n they listen! Pleasant n price is right! I recommend because I have been to other salons on 85th street n I was very unhappy ❤️

The reviews on here are so bad that I didn't want to even try it but I have tried most of the salons on 86th and I was like oh well how bad can it get. My wash was amazing, my hair needed that intense long wash that I am too lazy to do. Then my haircut with Amy was the best. I loved my simple one length cut that's looks easy to do but it's not because the front is longer than the back. The customer service-first class. It was a stressful day and this is exactly what I needed, a quick pick me up for a great price!

i don’t trust any other salon but them, it’s affordable, and i’ve only had haircuts i absolutely love. i’ve been going here since i was 15 and im currently 20 and i recommend this place 100% and on top of that- all the haircuts i’ve gotten always, and i mean always grow out so beautifully
