i went on friday to get my nails done. i paid $73 with a $27 tip. two days later, three of the nails were chipped. i went in and they touched them up. the day after that, two nails fell off.
i contacted the salon and asked for a refund, since they already fixed it once and it didn’t work. they kept ignoring my request for a refund and telling me i can come in for touchups.
i can’t be coming in every other day to get them fixed. i should be able to expect them to last from day one for at least a couple of weeks. i have been coming here for 8 years and my nails always lasted at least a month.

This nail salon is always amazing, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The quality is impeccable and I appreciate all that they do. My mother and grandmother have come here for such a long time and I’ve been here frequently in the last year and I’m always satisfied every time I leave
I have had my fourth spinal surgery this June of 2025. Throughout all of my spinal surgeries Feng Nails has been very gracious in helping me make sure that I was able to get my manicure and pedicure. They physically supported me in and out of the seats, they've helped me fix my pants and they never rushed me. They were physically and emotionally supportive. I feel very lucky that they're in my neighborhood and that they create an environment where I don't have to feel self-conscious or anxious about appearing weak or physically unstable.
