To whom it may concern im having a bad experience with the man who is serving the front desk each time I made an appointment/ cancel he keep saying the doctor yet the office is open? He's playing around with my heath i did not have the issue before with the first set off ladys who was working there i start coming there way before his presence my first experience was unpleasant so im thinking hes holding a grudge unprofessional my eye dr is great & i hate to loose her. I had no issues before he start working there .. please look into this situation.
My first visit was not favorable but the establishment has since rectified the issue and I had a wonderful experience when I returned with my concerns for a follow up.
The equipment is ultra modern and the technician and Dr have great patient interaction.
I am happy .

Great experience with all of the staff especially Dennis who made me feel comfortable and welcomed he helped me choose the lens to suit my face best.
