They followed me around all day making sure everything was in place. They’re both lovely people as well and conversation throughout H+MU was so much fun. Most importantly, they listened when I had feedback during H+MU and adjusted accordingly. It was very important to me that my bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law loved their hair and makeup as well, and that was definitely the case. When I realized there were some logistical advantages to hiring a beauty team, I asked Michelle and Willow House how fast they could get it done, and they worked with me to find a solution that we could get 12 services done in 3.5 hours, which was about as much as I could handle. Stefani, Natasha, and Loretta were incredible, everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup. Stefani and Loretta did a great job, especially with the moms. They stayed calm throughout, finished on time, and kept the vibes light and cheerful. They listened to each of my bridesmaids and me, and did not push any looks that anyone was uncomfortable with. An absolute pleasure. 10/10.“

“I found Kim through Google and read all of the amazing reviews so I decided the worst that can happen is I get 1 bad massage but omg ! Kim is absolutely amazing, I’ve already raved about her to all of my friends, she’s literally my Skinny Fairy Godmother. She means business when it comes to snatching you. It’s only been 2 massages but wow what a difference in 48 hrs. Insane . She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and professional but I love that she’s serious about her craft and post lipo I’m not looking to slack on that compression ! Highly recommend!“

“I got the plump lash lift about two and a half weeks ago and I'm mostly satisfied. I mainly got it so that I could forgo mascara during a 2 week vacation while still looking relatively awake and fresh faced. I have very straight Asian lashes that kinda grow downward, so curled lashes definitely make a difference on my face. That goal was achieved. The process was relaxing, Yuri was so sweet, and my lashes came out perfectly curled and not overprocessed. Now 2.5 weeks later my outer lashes are starting to straighten. The middle lashes are still nicely curled but it's slightly disappointing to shell out $$ for the treatment only to see it start to lose effectiveness so soon. Maybe my outer lashes just grow super fast, I dunno. At any rate, if I were to get another lash lift, I'd do it here. Other lash salons may offer the same, but Masterpiece really listens to your needs and they won't fry your lashes.“

“I've been getting my lashes done with Karchung for a very long time. Every visit ends with me being very happy with the result - she's so talented! I have very short Asian lashes which are really sparse so I get luxe hybrid done every few weeks and they always turn out perfect! I have no idea how she manages to make my tiny lashes so full, but she does an amazing job. I feel like a new person whenever she has worked her magic on me. Plus, she is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I used to have really poor retention and lashes falling out from other salons, but since I've been seeing her, my lashes are actually growing better and staying put for longer.“
