EWC Williamsburg location, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was delighted to have a warm welcome from the front desk staff, and my specialist, Tunasia was excellent! She was nice, quick, and thorough. She added extra powder to mitigate the waxing sting. Definitely going back to this location and booking with her again.

It was my first time at this location, and it had been months since I had gotten a wax. My specialist's name was Tabena, and if I could give her 100,000 stars, I would. I expressed to her that I was concerned because I hadn't waxed in months, and she made my visit so enjoyable, painless (I'm not sure whether she has magic hands, but thank God for them), and attentive. She kept talking to me to help my visit go smoothly and didn't rush me. I would absolutely return to her, and she already has a loyal client who will be scheduling future visits with her. Everyone should book with her!!
