Enterprise Toren Parking LLC

The mirror cover for my car was missing upon him bringing it down. And when i arrived just before 12a i wanted to pay then and there to avoid the 24hr fee. The valet insisted on retrieving the vehicle which added several mintues to my time. They charged me the 24hr despite me being there at 11.55p

DO NOT bother parking here! We drove all the way here and noticed you have to negotiate price with the man standing outside ?? So weird. Online is a different price and what was told to us once we got there. Please park elsewhere

When I came back to get my car, the gate was closed with no one to be found. The apartment building next door had to let me in, telling me the attendant was "probably asleep." I had to bang on the gate and eventually operate the elevator myself in order to get anybody's attention inside the garage. The attendant was then super rude. Horrible service.
