Enterprise Toren Parking LLC

Picked up our car after having it parked for 2 hours, and the seat warmer was fully on, the driver seat was entirely reclined, and a phone charger (which we keep in our center console) had been plugged in. It was entirely clear that an attendant had been sleeping in our car while it was parked there. We confronted the staff and everyone played dumb. Will absolutely never return, do not park your car here unless you want a stranger sleeping in your car and messing with your stuff.

The mirror cover for my car was missing upon him bringing it down. And when i arrived just before 12a i wanted to pay then and there to avoid the 24hr fee. The valet insisted on retrieving the vehicle which added several mintues to my time. They charged me the 24hr despite me being there at 11.55p

DO NOT bother parking here! We drove all the way here and noticed you have to negotiate price with the man standing outside ?? So weird. Online is a different price and what was told to us once we got there. Please park elsewhere
