Locked myself out of my apartment late one night in Williamsburg, and these guys were absolute lifesavers. Called around 10 PM, and they had someone there super fast no crazy wait times like some other places. The tech was professional, friendly, and got me back in without damaging anything. Super skilled and efficient.
I've also used them a couple times since for key copies (including a tricky Medeco key that other shops couldn't handle) and they nailed it on the first try actually tested it with me before making extras, which was thoughtful and saved hassle.

Cute cats, guarantee that the key will work, extremely wide selection of hard to find keys that most other places don’t carry - it’s perfect. This is definitely not the closest locksmith to where I live but I specifically come here because of how good they are.
