I requested that Premium Home Service App clean my air vents. The issue was not resolved the first time they came out, but after I called to let them know that I was still having issues, they sent a technician out this past Sunday as a courtesy. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and what he did to resolve it. Excellent customer service is always deserving of a five-star rating.
The tech is a nice communicator, answering the phone himself, he gave honest trustworthy advice without any hard sell at all. Always getting back to messages perfectly, he was also on time and efficient when installing various new locks for our house, all done with a cheerful manner - a real pleasure to work with. An amazing service and I cannot recommend the Premium Home Service App enough.
