Paulie Katarivas is such a pleasure to work with! She handled my renters insurance with such kindness & efficiency when I was moving halfway across the country and trying to get through a long list of landlord requirements. Several weeks later, I was moving again and she changed my policy for me, seemingly, in moments. Top notch service and also a bright spot in a day, just speaking to her. Highly recommend.
