Devante was phenomenal. It was truly the best massage I've ever had. I have trouble relaxing and a lot of tension in my shoulders from lifting my one-year-old. Devante started my massage with an amazing guided meditation to help me relax and be present in the moment, and then he thoughtfully worked through each problem area with such care and attention. As a gentleman who’s been around the block maybe one too many times, I can honestly say this is the spot. Element Healing Arts is an absolute gem in Carroll Gardens. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the calm and care they’ve put into every detail. The space is spotless, beautifully designed, and truly feels like a sanctuary in the city.
I’ve been here three times now for both facials and full body massages, and I can’t get enough. The therapists are skilled, attentive, and take the time to make sure you leave feeling renewed. The cleanliness, the attention to detail, and the overall energy of the place are unmatched.

I had a fantastic hot stone massage with Aldric! He took the time to understand my prior injuries and sensitivities, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout. I’m usually hesitant to get massages because of the risk of exacerbating pain, but Aldric was incredibly attentive and skilled—he knocked it out of the park. I left feeling 10x better.
