This clinic deserves more credit than the current rate. All employees there are very nice and considerate. Especially, Dr. Lv and Bao are the truly dedicated and knowledgeable doctors I’ve ever met.
I have been visiting Dongsheng Clinic for several years. The doctors and staff are very good. The clinic also arranges for Moderna vaccinations to be administered to patients, even if they do not have insurance, at no charge. Benevolence and kindness. ?
The doctor is well worth five stars. But the front desk only has one star. So the whole four stars. I don't know what's the point of an appointment? I made an appointment to see the doctor at 3pm and I arrived at the clinic on time. But you have to wait more than an hour? After an hour of waiting, I couldn't stand it. I asked the staff and said there was another person ahead. More than an hour into the appointment and still waiting in line? I had less than ten minutes to see the doctor. Very funny.The doctor is very good and deserves five stars. But the front desk only deserves one star. So overall four stars.
