First time here and had an overall great experience. This place is super clean and modern. The woman in the front desk on the first floor was friendly and welcoming. My appointment was on the 3rd floor, the staff there(receptionists, nurses, assistants) were kind and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Tsai(gynecologist) who actually listened to any questions or concerns I had and responded empathetically and respectfully. He made me feel very comfortable and was attentive to any discomfort I may have been feeling during the exam. I would highly recommend seeing him!
