Unfortunately, this place is not very professional. They do not pick up phone calls or return the phone calls same as well. I’ve been to the office multiple times less than 30 days and they never open the door. It’s like this is a storefront because honestly, it’s a waste of peoples time by trying to communicate or getting in touch with somebody in the office and nobody actually responds or contacts back for a government office. That should be doing way much better. Hopefully somebody could actually see this and take real action on this and make a change because this is very disappointing.

Ive always called & tried too reach out to someone in this office. They never answer the phone for years I didn’t think this was official location & taken upspace on Google Maps along in the community we are supposed come here for opportunities

they showed me a discriminatory bias towards my character and kept me running in circles, wasted my time and were with attitudes left and right projecting a narrative that I have an attitude. im tired of going to places and having people project dangerous narratives about my character and im over it. you come here for help and are met with sinister forces that shoots you down before you had a chance to walk
