I got my hair and makeup done here for my brother's wedding. It was such a wonderful experience from start to finish dealing with the new management. Viola helped me book hair for 5 ladies and makeup for 2 ladies. She was very accommodating and evidently cared about ensuring we had a positive and memorable experience. They had mimosas and pastries for us when we showed up, which I thought was so thoughtful and sweet. Jillian did an excellent job with makeup, tailoring the looks we had in mind to what best suited our faces and looked beautifully natural. My daughter had her first haircut at David James, and it was such a wonderful experience! There was no wait time, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional.
Jenna did an amazing job. She listened carefully to what my daughter wanted and made sure not to cut her layers too short. She took her time and made my daughter feel comfortable and confident throughout the appointment.
