Jermaine was very professional, fast, and friendly. We were having on and off toilet flushing problems, and by the time he arrived, the toilet had started working again, which was confusing. Instead of leaving it at that, he took the time to inspect the drain and septic line to make sure there was not a deeper plumbing issue. I am really glad he did, because he found a clog and cleared it in under an hour. His careful troubleshooting saved us from dealing with the same toilet backup all over again.
