My experience was wonderful. Arlene was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She explained the process of getting my micro locks and allowed me to pick the style that suited my budget. The salon is very clean and safe to come to. Will recommend culture hair studio to my friends and family
I started my journey with Arlene back in August 2023 when I came in for my consultation, and from the moment I sat in her chair I felt completely comfortable. She took the time to explain everything in detail, installed my tester locs, and had a very thorough conversation with me about my preferred mature loc size versus how the initial install would look. She really helped manage my expectations from the beginning. I also appreciated how honest and transparent she was about her pricing and the entire process.
