Creation Hair Salon is a professional and friendly old school salon that cares about your hair and people. The staff is very sweet, kind, and on the money. The owner will not damage your hair or scalp but works with your hair's texture, gently suggesting healthy styles. They expertly take care of natural hair, like 4B hair, without over drying or using excessive heat. It is the best place to get your hair done without insane prices, offering a cheerful salon experience that does not break the bank. Many clients have been visiting for over 15 years and highly recommend it.
This is a place that works with the texture of your hair and not the ethnicity or your "race". If you request a style that Carmen Sinclair, the owner, knows will destroy your hair and possibly damage your scalp, she won't do it but will gently suggest another style and inform you what to do to bring your hair back to health.
I went there today for a simple wash, condition and blow dry for some braids I’m getting done today. The staff is very friendly. I’d highly recommend them if you’re tired of these new age stylists and they’re insane prices and if you miss the days of an old school salon experience that doesn’t break the bank and actually takes care of natural hair (I have 4B hair) I’m definitely coming back ? Avril was very sweet and kind to me.
My girls and i have been visiting this salon for over 15 years, we have friends that we have recommended Carmen too. Hands down one of the best. Carmen will not damage your hair with over drying or super sonic heat. She is on the money. They really care about people...There is a lot of cheerful talking, if you are looking for the Library it is down the street.
