Horrible. Against my better judgment I went there. Waited over 2 hours and Cinly messed up the shape and length of my nails. I asked her nicely to take them off and I’ll pay extra to re do and she said no! I hate my nails and I had to pay $48! Terrible. She’s rude and unprofessional and cannot do nails and designs! I’ll return to Kings plaza where they will do a 💯% better job! Never again Cinly!!!!

I had acryclic nails done here for the first time [also my 1st time getting acrylic] about 35 days ago. I was happy enough. One nail was a little crooked but whatev. Then a few weeks later the nails start coming halfway off, bending and it was so painful to do things like put on pants because i would have them bend and it felt like someone was pulling my nails out. I put bandaids on and looked up how to take off acrylics on Google. The consensus was that its best left to a professional, you are supposed to soak them in something. So i waited until i could go back and have them removed. I went today and the lady used nail clippers and cuticle scissors to cut them off....read full review
