Previously had nothing but good experiences here in the past. This time around I had my eyes done and a new prescription written. I couldn’t not afford any of the frames there along with my prescription, so I asked for my prescription to be emailed to me so I could get my glasses done online cheaper. I placed my order and my glasses came back completely effed up. To the point where I was sure something was wrong. I went to the store to find out and it turns out they had emailed me the INCORRECT PRESCRIPTION. Great experience today at Cohen’s for the eye exam and lens order. The female optometrist was amazing and explained things to me that my Opthamologist had tried but failed to do. She took the time to do a detailed exam and explain things on a Friday night at 5:30pm. Wai was also super helpful with figuring out my lense order and was very polite. The place had some not so great reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised. Hopefully my glasses will also be great when I get them.- they have verilux lenses so should be top notch. Also they had a faster turn around time than any other optician I spoke with.
Great staff, great selection. I LOVE my new glasses! Thinnest frame and lenses I ever had. I didn't catch the name of the optician, but he was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions and adjusted the earpieces (temples) of the frame to fit my not super symmetrical face.
