I love to give credit where credit is due so that's the 3 stars. 2 STAR: On Sunday, 09/18/22, I received a message reminding me of my hair appt for tomorrow, 09/19/22 at 10:30 AM. It appears automated. On Monday, 09/19/22, I was stuck in traffic in an Uber and I texted her and informed her that I apologize that I will be 10 mins late as I am in traffic. She called me back stating that she did not know that I had an appointment today and she is now in New Jersey with her kids. I was in desperate need of a hair stylist. I had been going to DC to my old stylist since I moved back to Brooklyn (I know, it sounds crazy when you say it out loud) and I knew I needed to find someone local. When I went to make an appointment with my old stylist, she told me that she moved to Florida--well, I definitely needed a local stylist. I asked around but wasn't getting the best vibe, then I remembered my cousin was going to someone and other people I knew started going to this person.
