Finding a good hairstylist has always been really difficult for me because I've never been satisfied with the end results of all my previous ones. I was looking to get long layers, curtain bangs, and a blowout (which sounds pretty simple but you wouldn't believe the number of hairstylists who don't know how to properly cut layers). After 35 years of living in Brooklyn, I have finally found the perfect salon. Warm, friendly, vibrant, happy people await you when you enter the facility. The amazing owner Lu did my hair and she was everything you can ever ask for. She is someone who genuinely loves her job and it shows. Lu listened to me and did exactly what I wanted while also using her experience and talent to see what was best. She was energetic and talkative and made it a happy experience. The rest of the staff were terrific and kind as well. All in all, in such a busy world it's amazing to have a place to come where you feel comfortable and excited to be there. Marsida is great. I had to have my hair color corrected and she did a fantastic job. I am glad I found this place and they are open on Sundays. She is extremely talented and she can do everything you would need.
