I've been a member here for about 5 or 6 years. The prices are bit high but worth it if you are serious about going multiple times a week. The classes range from brutal to soul crushing. I especially love taking Molly, Martin and Vinny's classes. Vinny especially provides so much insight, technique, intensity and most importantly credibility. This gym has sparked a lifelong obsession in me to live a healthy lifestyle. I initially lost roughly 100 pounds and have been able to not only keep it off, but continously get stronger.

Phenomenal place, first time I ever truly loved going to a gym (despite being very active and doing all kinds of sports for 3 decades, I just never really loved “gyms”). The coaches are real experts, give great instructions and corrections, and make the classes approachable and challenging for newbies and advanced folks alike, the whole community is super friendly and chill.Everything is well organized, beautiful, clean, well ventilated, the app is very user friendly, really couldn’t ask for more. I signed up on a whim for a 4 months challenge but expect to stick with it for many years.

I had never taken a kickboxing class before CKO and now I’m a member and obsessed! All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and personable, they really help foster a strong community. You will get a KILLER workout from it and surprise yourself on how much you can accomplish with great trainers. Best of all, they are managed by three amazing women (also instructors) - we love to see it in the fitness industry! Highly recommend trying them out, they are on ClassPass and also have very reasonable pricing, in addition to a one week trial with free boxing gloves. Absolutely try it out and watch yourself get hooked!
