I recently had chimney sweep service come out for a chimney inspection and cleaning, and they did an excellent job. The technician was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable — he walked me through everything he found and even showed pictures of the inside of the flue so I could see the before and after.

Vlad and his team were incredibly professional. Not only did they pick up and come help resolve the issue as soon as they could, they were so communicative. I was also extremely impressed by the fact that when we needed a part, they were already prepared with a spare in the truck. Vlad has listened and talked me through troubleshooting several times on the phone, and he is quick to come to a resolution to improve the fireplace ASAP. It is very clear that this company cares a great deal about their clients and the quality of their work. I very much depend on them to keep things running through the winter!
