Our gas fireplace had not been serviced in several years and needed attention. Nathan Cooper carefully inspected the unit, completed repairs, and cleaned the chimney system. He explained every step and answered all my questions. The fireplace now operates like new. Their gas fireplace repair and chimney inspection services were professional and reliable.
While I was out of state, and under pressure to get my gas fireplace serviced and running smoothly and safely, Vlad responded very quickly to make it happen. He upgraded our 20yr old system in a very timely manner and was always available for communication and confirmation. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and accessibility in a time of stress. His company will be my go to for service.
