All About Chimneys are great. I have used them for a few years and have been very satisfied with them.
Bryan, in particular, has been great to work with—he is highly responsive and extremely knowledgeable about chimney maintenance. I rely on them for my annual chimney cleaning and appreciate how thorough and clean they are.
If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy chimney maintenance company, I highly recommend Bryan and his team.
Bryan took the time to explain what needed to be done and how to use/care for my fireplace more efficiently. He and his staff worked quick and clean. Great experience and very professional.
Brian is amazing! After a plumber and a different chimney company both told us our brand-new AO Smith water heater was fine and that the problem was a venting/chimney issue, I called Brian for another opinion. Based on our conversation, he sent someone out the very next day to inspect it. They confirmed it was not a venting issue, and did not charge us for the visit. Brian went above and beyond by giving me the contact information for an AO Smith technician and even followed up afterward to make sure we were able to get everything resolved.
It's rare to find someone who's this knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely invested in helping. I highly recommend Brian and his team.
