I started coming to this spa because it was close by and new (1+). I usually get pedicures and/or waxing. The facility is clean (1+); staff is OK, pleasant, not overly chatty in my experiences (+1). The pedicure quality is so-so; it might depend on who you get, but most times when I get home some of the polish looks streaky or painted unevenly. Also, I know it's probably part of their sales pitch but it gets really annoying when they try to upsell you multiple times during service. Like, if I say I want a regular pedicure, you don't need to ask 3 separate times of I want a spa pedicure.
Waxing is also hit or miss and I'm concerned about their sanitary practices. I...read full review

The establishment was very clean. When I entered the place I was greeted. Then the girl took me over for a pedicure. The pedicure was not as good as I've gotten from another place. She didn't file my nail well using the electric filer. She was very quick and put noblotion on my legs as they're suppose to do. Not a very good job. I'll probably give it one more try and then I'm done. Only good thing is that it's completely clean. Very important to me
