The waitress didn't offer dessert prior to taking the menus. She needed help in her section. She was the only waitress. Customers around use were complaining about waiting for apiletizers and entrees. Table after table she made excuses on why food was late. Customers asked for condiments and she took forever to bring them. She forgot to place appetizer orders and they came out with or after the food. It would be more efficient if she used a tablet to take orders. There handwriting was poor so I can see how she may have forgotten orders.
The food was really good and the staff was great, very friendly and attentive. The place itself could use a bit of a facelift and some updated décor to make it more inviting. I didn't like the glass on the tables because it kept sliding. The waterfall feature is a nice touch, but adding some flowers or greenery would make it look more orchid like and really elevate the space. Overall, a good experience with room for improvement. I will definitely patronize this establishment again
Started off with delicious Rum Punch and appetizers: coconut shrimp was my favorite! Our meals were so good: jerk fried rice, salmon and curry goat. Portion sizes were generous and staff was attentive. I will definitely go back
