Dr. Max and Annie were expert, friendly and thoroughly helpful. The audio tests were extensive, as well as the explanations of them. They suggested options for financing hearing aids as I am retired and cannot buy them outright.
I am very pleased with the service I’ve received at BAA in Brooklyn Heights. Very professional and friendly staff, Excellent exam, hearing aid fitting and initial adjustments, and subsequent cleaning and servicing of units. Also appreciate the guarantees provided for repair/replacement/ loaners in event of loss or damage that can’t be remedied in the office.
