My audio test with Susan Adams was thorough and her feedback was timely. As I have had stapendectomies in both ears she agreed that it was important to see an otolaryngologist before making a decision to proceed with a fitting for hearing aids. She referred me to Dr. David Freidman. I felt that he was also thorough. He addressed my questions and surgical history, and explained how and why he came to the conclusion he presented (which was in agreement with Susan Adams recommendation). I am not excited about the prospect of wearing hearing aids, but my experience with the CH&C was very positive.
Grateful for a quick and informative visit. Susan was kind, patient, and answered all my questions.
Very professional and knowledgeable
