My experience here was great in the beginning years of 2015 but I move and decided to bring my kids back but idk what happen over the years the receptionist pick up the phone and schedule the appointments in the past now all last year of 2024 I could never get nobody to answer just to make an appointment they need to do better in that department now for the doctors I had no issues they was nice and friendly even the nurse that does the blood my only complaint was the receptionist
After going here for years, the customer service has seriously declined, and when I try calling the direct line I always get an answering service, with no follow up response from my doctor. I've been trying for weeks to get a refill on my prescriptions and the only way I can get a live person to talk to is through the other office in Bedford Stuyvesant. What if I was in dire need of my medication 🤨❓ SMDH...I'm going to look into changing my coverage doctor. This is not acceptable.
I like my doctor Nweku. However the customer service sucks !! No one EVER answers the phone !!! Ever. Always transferred to some nameless answering service.
I’ve been calling for three days after a visit trying to get my high blood pressure meds refilled. My doc said she sent them to pharmacy. Not there. Had to finally call the main location. At least someone actually answered. I explained my situation. He seemed very nice and concerned. Tried to connect me to the nurse at Broadway (who never answers either) so of course she didn’t and I leave another message on some nameless answering service.
