Lawrence and his team renovated 3 rooms in our NYC home and they did a very thorough and meticulous job. The construction crew showed up early every morning and left the job site as clean as possible at the end of every day while work was in progress. Bolo also specializes in post-construction clean up so from start to finish, everything was excellent. Lawrence, Eric, and their team communicate really well throughout the process and their work is impeccable. You hope that everything goes well with an install, but generally nothing ever goes as smoothly as planned and when that happens you want to go with a company that is responsive and quick to respond. We found that with Bolo Renovations. We did a tub acrylic install. The installer was professional and did a great job... Except there was something not quite done correctly and a pipe started to leak a week later. When I emailed Cal Bath someone called within 2 hours. We live in a 80 year old building in Manhattan and both bathrooms were showing their age with 6 of us using them for nearly 30 years until "kids" moved out. In 2022 I looked online for a company that would renew them without having to tear everything out. I found Bolo Renovations online, so scheduled a time for someone to come by and look at our main bathroom. He told us precisely what would be done, how much time it would take, the cost, and the choice of what materials to use.
